ChurchPad is a complete Church Management Software + Text-To-Give + Mobile App + Check-In + RSVP System. It is a web based software that runs in your web browser. All you need is your computer (or mobile device) and internet access. ChurchPad supports most modern web browsers, including Firefox, Safari, Explorer and Chrome.

- How much does it cost to use ChurchPad
There are no contracts, no up-front fees, no PCI or security fees, and no hidden fees of any kind. Just a flat monthly fee that is based on your Church size and options package chosen.

- Is the cost monthly or yearly
By default, our subscription is monthly. However, we offer yearly plans which come with some discount. Contact us today to see how much you save with our yearly subscription.

Definitely! We offer all our potential customers a free online demo. Just let us know you are interested and one will be scheduled for you.

- Do you offer free trials
Yes we do. You can try us for free for thirty (30) days. If you don’t love it, you can cancel at any time. At the end of the free trial, if you do not wish to continue using your platform, you simply export your data and walk away.

- How long does it take to platform up and running
Your dedicated secure platform will be ready in two (2) business days.
- Can I import my existing data
Whether you're new to church software, or switching from another provider, we want to make using ChurchPad as quick and as easy as possible. Our system offers a simple data import that you can use on your own. All you need to do is have the data in a CSV file format. We can also help transfer your data to your dedicated secure ChurchPad platform.
- Can I export my existing data
Yes you can export your data. You own all the data on your platform and you can export it at any time.
- Who owns my member’s data on your platform
You own your data. All members’ partners’ and church data belongs to your Church. If you cancel your subscription, we give you two (2) weeks to export all data and then we wipe it all off our servers.
- Do you need a special equipment or computer to run ChurchPad
Your dedicated secure ChurchPad platform is web-based, all you need is a web browser and internet connection on your computer. A high-speed internet connection is highly recommended, but not required. For children check-in, you have the option of printing name tags. You will need a label printer if you wish to use this feature.
- Does my ChurchPad platform come with a mobile application
Absolutely! With ChurchPad you get a dedicated secure platform and a ChurchPad mobile app that is simple and easy to use.

- Can you integrate with our Church website
Yes! Integrating your dedicated ChurchPad platform with your Church website is highly recommended as it will facilitate more membership engagement and increase giving from both your members and partners. It also allows your members to quickly and easily navigate from your website to your dedicated platform.
Our customer service team will send you the link you need to connect your platform to your website.
- Can I directly access my data without using my dedicated platform
API capabilities can be provided upon request. Please note that you will need a programmer/developer on your team if you want to use this option.
- Can you integrate with my current mobile app
Yes we can. While ChurchPad does provide you with a mobile app, we can also integrate with your current mobile app via API capabilities. Simply let us know if you would like this option. Please note that you will need a developer on your team if you want to use this option.
- Is ChurchPad secure
Your transaction is 100% secured! Your connection is encrypted using a modern cipher TLS 1.3 suite. Data transmission is protected via the SSL protocol. Your login information is encrypted and authenticated using AES 256 GCM and DHE RSA as the key exchange mechanism. Donations are processed through a Level 1 certified payment gateway which is subject to the highest security requirements mandated by the PCI Data Security Standards. Our network is protected by enterprise-grade firewall and intrusion detection systems. Security scans and annual audits are provided by a third party
- Where are your servers located
All our secure platforms run on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We also perform back ups to ensure the safety of your data
- Do I need a merchant account to enable giving
Yes you do. We partner with the top processors to provide you with an end to end solution. We can also use your current merchant account.
- Can you integrate with my current processor
Yes. If you already have an existing processor, we can integrate with them.
- Who are your processors
We partner with processors that offer the lowest industry standard rate. Depending on your location/region, our Customer service representatives will provide you with the best options for your Church.

- What are the ways people can give

- Does ChurchPad allow different contribution types
Yes. ChurchPad allows you to create as many contribution types as you need (e.g. offering, tithe, missions, building fund, etc.). Your members can choose the contribution type they can give to. Our platform also allows multiple contribution types in a single transaction.
- Do people get a receipt with each contribution
An email receipt with the transaction details is sent to anyone that gives via ChurchPad. You members can also access and retrieve their contribution statements at any time. This can be done online through your dedicated platform and via the mobile app.
- Can I issue a refund
Yes. You can issue a refund and void the transaction from the contributions statement
- How long before contributions are deposited in the Church’s account
Depends on the Processor selected for your merchant account. It can take anywhere from 1-3 business days.
- Can I issue Tax statements
Yes! You can easily generate tax statements for your members and partners. Your members can also retrieve their tax statements on their own through your portal.
Statements are available in your platform for up to 10 years.
- Can I customize my member’s Tax statements
Yes you can. Please contact our Customer service team to help with this.

- Does ChurchPad work with accounting solutions such as QuickBooks
ChurchPad allows you to export all contributions in a CSV file that can be imported into any accounting solution.
- Does ChurchPad work outside the US
ChurchPad is a web based software that can be accessed anywhere in the world. All you need is a device and internet connection.
- Does ChurchPad support Churches outside the US
ChurchPad currently supports churches in the United States, Canada. In the near future, we will be supporting Churches in Europe and Africa,
- Do you provide training and ongoing support

- Can I cancel our monthly or yearly subscription
With ChurchPad there are no cancellation fees. While we will be sad to see you go, you can cancel at any time with no penalty.
